Video: Dog went From ‘0 to 100’ After Seeing Snow

Nube was looking like she was carrying the weight of the entire world on her shoulders until her human mentioned snow. This jet-setting Samoyed has traveled to ten countries, but a recent video from @nubethesamoyed shows her looking totally bored on the couch.

She’s just lying there with zero energy. Even her favorite toy is just a headrest. But then her owner, Alja, finally heads toward the mountains to find some snow. And this dog goes from a bored rug to a hyperactive polar bear in seconds. It is the sweetest mood swing.

Dog pulls a happy face after seeing snow

The journey there is pretty much a transition between Nube’s two very different versions. There is a shot of her in the car with her head out the window, just catching the chilly breeze, but she still looks relatively unimpressed.

“From 0-100 real quick,” Alja said about the transformation once they actually arrived. And then the video cuts to the slow-motion footage of the dog hitting the snow. She is literally galloping. She has the biggest, most ridiculous smile plastered on her face.

She’s wearing her little boots and just looking thrilled to finally be doing something that matters. These dogs are basically built for this. It is in their DNA to thrive in the cold. One commenter called her the “happiest polar bear” ever. Another person mentioned she was totally in her element.

The way her fur moves in slow motion while she’s jumping through the snow is truly mesmerizing. But the best part is the skijoring at the end. Her human is skiing and holding the leash while filming from above, and Nube is just booking it. She’s running as fast as those tiny boots will carry her. Her whole body just radiates happiness.

People in the comments are losing it over the “happy jumps” and the pure joy. One viewer from Maine even said their pups are enjoying a massive snowstorm right now, too. It is just one of those dog videos that is contagious with its snow happiness.
