The dog baby gate video was shared by @billie.the.pitty two days ago with the “Friendship takes patience, right?” caption. It has about 3.6K likes and 180 comments. The clip uses Blondie’s “One Way Or Another” as Billie works the gate like a puzzle.
Billie, an American Pit Bull Terrier rescue from Texas who now lives in Canada, lowers her body. She inches under the gate toward the landing. The cat watches from the other side. Once Billie makes it through, the cat casually walks back, leaving him stunned. She turns, stares, and seems to wonder how to get in again.
Fans replied fast, with one writing, “Wow, getting under the gate was really impressive!!” Another joked, “She’s like damnnn how I get back in?!??” Others cracked up at the instant role reversal, with one adding, “Oh my gosh she literally made it and then poof kitty said try again.”
