It is always a little suspicious when a pet stares at you till they have your complete attention. For Bambina, a fawn Italian Greyhound known to her 12,000 followers as @bambina.ig, this “I have a secret” look is part of her charm.
According to her mom, she looks exactly like a tiny deer but often has the demanding personality of a house cat, which makes her motives even more mysterious. In a recent video, she stood by her mom’s side with a gaze so expectant it was impossible to ignore. Her mom finally caved, asking where they were going. That’s when the video shows us the tiny dog leading the way toward the couch.

Once Bambina has her mom’s attention, she leads her out of the room and into the living room. But not before stopping several times and turning back to check if mom is actually following her. And that’s when her “important” mission is revealed. It is just a high-priority snuggle session. One viewer mentioned their own pup, Chicken, does the exact same thing, calling it “going to the pit” when it’s time to nest.
Once they reach the furniture, Bambina hops onto the armrest to claim her territory. Almost begging her mom to join her there. The video cuts, and the dog’s mom calls her onto the couch. “Okay, come under,” she says while lifting a blanket to create a little nest between her legs. Then she tucks herself in like a “little burrito” and rests her chin on her mom’s thigh.
Another follower jokes that they have to throw their blanket in the air just to keep up with their pup’s speed. The comments are currently flooded with people feeling the secondhand cozy vibes. One person admits the clip nearly made them cry.
Bambina finally looks at peace under her blanket, which is exactly the kind of energy we all need. It is pretty hard to say no to a face that sincere, even if it means being trapped under a “burrito” for hours.
