A dog named Kayce is taking the concept of a lazy day to a professional level as his owner feeds him snacks in a new Instagram video. User and Kayce’s owner @kayce_whippet shared the footage, showing how the dog enjoys what might be the ultimate room service experience right from the comfort of his bed. The service is unparalleled, and the Whippet definitely enjoys every second of it.

The video opens with the owner disturbing Kayce for snacks while the dog is resting comfortably, looking sleepy, wrapped up in a blanket on the couch. His owner approaches him, whispering, “I’m sorry to disturb you, sir, but I was wondering if you’d like some water?” The on-screen text jokes that the dog is thinking, “What do you want now?!” However, Kayce eventually decides to participate and laps water directly from a glass held by his owner.
The service obviously doesn’t stop there. Right after he drinks water, Kayce’s owner presents a glass cup filled with his “favorite” snack: honeycrisp apple slices. When it becomes clear Kayce has no intention of fishing the fruit out himself — with the on-screen text reading, “Srsly who do you think I am?” — the owner proceeds to feed him the slices one by one.
The video shows Kayce happily crunching away while resting on the couch. After the snack, he gets a final sip of water and a “tuck in” to go back to sleep. According to the owner’s caption, the VIP treatment may actually have been the doctor’s orders. The caption explains, “The vet said Kayce needed to take it easy for a couple days… I wonder if this is what they had in mind?”
Viewers loved Kayce’s high standards. One user joked, “The service is only ok I have to say.
