You know that moment when you meet your grandparents, and you can’t help but show off in front of them? Smitty had a similar experience. Instagram user and Smitty’s owner @gonzodogtraining shared a video featuring the dog and his first time meeting his Grandma. He didn’t just meet her, he practically put on a full show for her.
Dog gets the zoomies after meeting grandma for the first time
In the video, the dog launches straight onto the couch during his first meeting with Grandma. He bounces off the couch and flies over her lap like he is trying out for some kind of dog parkour team. Besides, Smitty is so wound up that his paws barely touch the ground before he is back in the air again, all while Grandma keeps laughing.
Smitty’s owner films the whole thing, laughing her way through Smitty’s antics. At one point, she calls out to Grandma, “Just let me know when you want it to stop.” Grandma doesn’t ask him to stop, though. She just laughs and covers her face as he keeps springing past her. He sprints across the rug, circles back, jumps onto the couch again, then lands right next to Grandma as if he wants her to see every single move.
Viewers in the comments couldn’t get enough of it.
