If you think puppies have no thoughts, this adorable Instagram video of a Jack Russell Terrier puppy named Braulio will change your mind. Instagram user @brauliobrandelli shared the video, showing how there is a lot happening inside the puppy’s head, and it does not look like he knows how to handle it. Braulio became the star of the show, and all it took was him cycling through about five different moods in ten seconds.

In the video, the little Jack Russell puppy is lying on his stomach over a dark wooden floor with the bright rays of the sun hitting him. It looks like the perfect setup for a nap, but Braulio has other plans. He starts off simply lying in a funny position — stretching his back legs completely flat behind him like a frog — letting out a low growl and some sharp barks, possibly at absolutely nothing.
The puppy can’t seem to sit still in the video, either. At one point, he jerks his body backward in a weird slide. While he holds one hilarious pose after another, his tail just won’t stop wagging. The caption jokes that this is just a case of “One dog, too many thoughts,” and honestly, it is pretty clear he is short-circuiting a little bit from all the excitement.
Viewers could not get enough of Baulio’s goofiness. They rushed to the comment section, remarking how they loved the contrast between his tough sounds and his silly posture. One user joked, “Very scary bark.”
