Video: XL Bully Stays By Sister’s Side When She’s Sick

Dogs are known to have a natural instinct to protect the people they love, and this sweet gesture can melt anyone’s heart. The same can be seen in the video shared by @meko_xlbully, where an XL Bully named Meko stays by his human sister’s side when she is sick.

The video shows a little girl, Ari, sleeping on the bed as she is sick, while the pup remains by her side, not leaving her even for a moment, with nothing but concern in his eyes. The heartwarming clip touched viewers’ hearts online, with people leaving beautiful comments about the furbaby and the bond between him and the little girl.

XL Bully never leaves sick sister’s side in video

What could be more comforting for a little one than a furbaby staying by her side and protecting her when she isn’t feeling well? A pet parent, by the account name @meko_xlbully, shared a video showing their XL Bully sitting beside their daughter, watching over her as she is sick.

The post was captioned, “Ari isn’t feeling very well, Meko noticed and hasn’t left her side. We are so lucky to have you Meko,” followed by a heart and teary-eyed emoji.

In the video, as Ari, the little girl, lies on the bed, the dog can be seen staying by her side, trying to comfort her and not leaving her even for a moment. The in-video text read, “Ari came home from school unwell…our XL Bully quickly realised his favorite person needed comforting.”

As the video continued, the text read, “He hasn’t left her side. We can always count on our boy to show up when it matters most.” The onscreen caption then refers to the pup as “the gentlest soul and the biggest protector.”

The innocence in the XL Bully’s eyes, watching the little girl’s every move to make sure she is okay, won people’s hearts online. Many dropped heart emojis in the comments section, with some mentioning that he is “the best big brother.” A heartfelt comment read, “Aww what a good brother you have Ari. Feel better soon beautiful.”
