Dog fails at her mission but entertains the internet
The clip opens with Noodle moving across the living room with exaggerated caution, as if she’s infiltrating enemy territory. Onscreen text adds playful commentary to each of her actions. What’s more, the iconic “Mission Impossible” tune plays over the video, making the dog’s stealing of a loaf of bread feel like a full-scale operation.
With careful precision, the Italian Greyhound grabs a baguette from a bag dropped on the floor and begins her slow trek across the room. “Pivoting my way around booby traps,” the in-video text reads as she navigates past a chair, tiptoeing like one wrong move could spell disaster.
She then continues across the open floor and pauses every now and then to ensure she’s not being seen. Another caption flashes across the screen, “Slowly sneaking through the danger zone.”
Noodle’s objective is to bring the prized loaf of bread to her “safe house,” which turns out to be her dog bed. Once there, she attempts to “bury the evidence,” though it’s obvious the bread is far too large to be hidden entirely.
