As much as dogs love to stay indoors and enjoy some cuddles, they also love to explore the great outdoors. Specifically, Golden Retrievers, who channel their goofy selves on outings with their families. One puppy named Reef decided to relax and let the wind take over during his boat ride. An Instagram video on the account @reefthegolden_ captured the canine having the best time as he sat on the boat, soaking up the adventure to the fullest.
Golden Retriever puppy enjoys wind while on a boat ride in cute video
Who doesn’t love a little taste of freedom? In this video, Reef the Golden Retriever puppy was all for it during a boat ride. The canine took full advantage of a recent outing. His owner took him out to spend a fun day on the boat.
In an Instagram Reel, the dog served as the perfect example of how one must take some time for themselves to soak up all that nature has to offer amid their busy schedules. The pup didn’t mind the strong winds, even when he “almost took flight.”
The clip featured Reef sitting peacefully on the boat as it took him on a visibly enjoyable ride. Once fully settled, the Golden Retriever closed his eyes in an effort to experience the adventure to its fullest extent. The boat’s speed made the experience extra windy, causing his fur to ruffle around.
Albeit a little taken aback at first, Reef soon realized that the wind was making his boat ride more adventurous. Once he got used to the air punching him directly in the face, the Golden Retriever let out a wide smile. He closed his eyes again to focus on the moment. From the looks of the Instagram Reel, it appeared as though the puppy was trying to bite through the wind and have fun with it.
At one point, the wind seemingly got stronger, leaving Reef’s jaws flapping around and his teeth fully visible. The pup, however, didn’t seem to mind it one bit, as his smile only grew wider, signalling a successful boat ride experience.
Meanwhile, netizens couldn’t stop adoring Reef, with one joking how the wind made him look like he was in a “hair commercial.” Another pointed out that he was truly living his best life.
