Video: Jack Russell Disproves Study That Claims Dogs Improve People’s Sleep

Dogs are always up to quirky activities to surprise their owners. At times, they even take their chaotic behavior to bedtime. A viral post on social media has been proving the same hilariously. The video showcases a Jack Russell showing how it ain’t easy to sleep with dogs.

Jack Russell unleashes chaos on owner’s bed during in video

On June 22, Instagram user @gymrussells shared a hilarious video of their Jack Russell. The page is dedicated to the shenanigans of the pack of five: Rysia, Fatty, Moo, Oreo, and Fifi. In the reel, the pooch is seen creating a nuisance during his owner’s bedtime. The video-on text reads, “Study says people Sleep better with Dogs in their beds.”

However, this clip proves that it is quite a challenge to share the bed with a Jack Russell. The owner mentions in the caption, “Whoever did these studies, did not own a jack russell.” The pooches appear engaged in a series of chaotic activities that prevent their human from sleeping. In the first one, a pup rubs his paws on the bed. Then, another one moves his mouth and even gets slapped by his sibling.

One of the Jack Russell pets also makes a weird noise near the bed and continuously stares at the paw parent. Among them, a canine even barks and growls to get his owner’s attention. Moreover, he stands on two feet, which will end up leaving anyone in splits. At the end, one of the fur baby slips into the bed, probably concluding his chaotic deeds. The paw parent shares how “Nobody slept well that night,” thanks to the adventures of the Jack Russell.

At the time of writing, this funny clip has garnered over 690k likes and more than 7k shares. Netizens also shared their reaction in the comment section, with one writing, “My favorite breed, JRT.” Another one commented, “He got to get out! Lol.” A third user noted, “But yet I can’t sleep without him, it’s too weird. You get used to the nightly disturbances.”
