Video: Owner’s Plans To Escape Going Out Involve Their Dog on a Blanket

Made plans to go out with your human crew in the heat of the moment, but regretted your decision immediately after? Your furry companion has got your back in case you want to come up with a last-minute excuse to cancel. This pet owner demonstrated in a hilarious Instagram video that he only needed his dog and a blanket to excuse himself from going out, and stay at home doing what they love most — creating chaos.

If heading out isn’t on your agenda for the day and you’re a pet owner, then look no further because your furbaby could be a full-on entertainment channel right at home. Moreover, one thing about a four-legged friend is that they will never leave your side and always offer you companionship, and here’s a perfect example of that.

This pet owner shared a glimpse of his plan, which involved dragging his dog on a blanket, while his furry siblings watched in a funny video. The onscreen text read, “POV: You said you couldn’t go out because you had other plans.” Meanwhile, the clip showed one of their puppies clinging to a blanket while the dog dad dragged him across the house.

It seemed like the little floof had found a soft comforter and just wouldn’t let go of it, despite his parents’ efforts. So, his dad turned it into an exciting activity. The pup’s mom, capturing the moment, asked what was happening, and the dog dad, still uncertain, responded that he “won’t give up” the blanket. He went on to call the little one a parasite and took him on a ride around the house.

The video showed the owner and the dog going on the blanket ride again and again, making it an ideal indoor pastime. Furthermore, the caption exclaimed that “these plans are so much better than anything else.” The fact remains that any pet parent would prefer staying at home in the company of their furbaby instead of going out with fellow humans.
