It opens with Adria returning to her room after just five minutes away, only to discover Oatmeal sprawled across the bed. Somehow, in that short window, he’s managed to rearrange every pillow (except one) into what she calls a “pillow nest.”
He’s even threaded one paw under the top cushion, chin resting like he’s about to have the best nap. She says the nest is “pretty impressive for a man who doesn’t have thumbs.” The detail that really gets her, though? He deliberately shoved aside a green pillow he didn’t want.
Meanwhile, his perfectly good dog bed sits untouched on the floor. He also has a perfectly good spot on the bed that is usually enough for him. “But no,” Adria jokes in the voiceover, “pillow nest takes priority.” The scene gets even funnier when she admits he’s planted his “unwashed butt” squarely on her satin pillowcase.
