German Shepherd accidentally scares baby before comforting her with kisses

This dog has won the internet with a video that showed his heartwarming gesture to comfort a baby after she got scared by his howl. It appears that Mayhem, the German Shepherd, was trying to show off his skills in front of his human sibling, Posie. However, the canine ended up accidentally scaring her instead. The video captured the precious moment when Mayhem began showering Posie with love right after.

The adorable clip showed Mayhem sitting next to Posie. The pup towered over the little one as he put his head up while howling. After flaunting his skills, Mayhem proudly looked at the camera, but Posie was slowly beginning to cry. For a few seconds, the German Shepherd was unaware that his human sibling had gotten scared. However, as soon as Mayhem heard Posie cry, he looked down to check up on her.

The puppy continued to give the baby lots of kisses to soothe her. What was even more heartwarming was that despite getting scared by Mayhem’s howl, Posie turned towards the canine himself for comfort. Meanwhile, the caption also added a sweet note on the canine’s behalf. It read, “I turn into a wolf and Posie is a little scared but I kiss her better.”

The Instagram Reel’s comments section is also packed with users being in awe at the precious moment. Some users even pointed out that Posie may have been “worried” about her furry brother after hearing him howl. The sweet clip has been melting netizens’ hearts and has racked up over two million views.
