Video: Dog Plans Out Outing By Himself & It’s The Perfect Thing Ever

When making decisions for our dogs, we choose what’s best for them, even if it’s not what they want. But what if they had the power and freedom to take matters into their own hands? A dog named Opie finally got his chance to take charge of planning an outing for the day by himself, and it’s the most perfect video you’ll see on the internet today. One step at a time, the Pit Bull called the shots to map out his day and make the most of his life. This included enjoying being spoiled and soaking up all the comfort.

Dog charts out a fun day all by himself in viral video

A viral Instagram video showed a dog putting together a wholesome and fun outing all by himself. Our fur babies may not be the best at decision-making because they always act on instinct, emotion, and instant gratification. But they deserve the opportunity to do the things they love and take the reins occasionally. Opie, a Pit Bull from Connecticut, got his chance to craft a perfect day out, making full use of the “this or that” method to follow his gut.

“Letting my dog plan out this day,” explained the subtext. Meanwhile, the clip showed the owner presenting the pooch with two cards to choose between the bear or the hippo robe. Opie chose the bear as his fit for the day. After that, he picked Petco over the dog park for his outing. Looking like a grizzly throughout, his next choice was to get a new toy instead of new treats, and he even picked out a giraffe plushie. They then headed to the ice cream store.

The video and the dog’s outing ended with him choosing to get into his PJs rather than staying without any clothes. Opie seemed more than ready to call it a day, choosing to snuggle with his new toy instead of going for a walk. The final clips showed him tucked into bed with his plushie, dozing off and ending his perfect day. Watching him plan his day out was the most precious thing ever — something viewers would surely agree with.
