He does something bad, which leaves his mom furious yet laughing at the end. Like many hoomans, even Zebby could not resist eating his treat, despite knowing that he would get an earful from his mom. However, upon being caught, the guilty pup does something cute that melts his mom’s heart instantly, forgiving his crime.

When it comes to enjoying favorite treats, it’s hard to stop at one. It takes a lot of willpower to enjoy the treat in moderation. But let’s admit, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, including Golden Retriever, Zebby. The concept of enjoying things in moderation does not exist for him. And this Instagram video clearly shows that.
In the clip, @zebbythegolden, when mom catches Zebby for finishing “an entire bag of treats,” the Golden Retriever pleads guilty with those cute little eyes. But when the mom leaves, the pup comes around and peaks from “the corner to see” if his mom is still “mad” at him,” leaving the pet parent all mushy. Much to his relief, Zebby was “so happy” to see that his hooman is “not mad” at him anymore.
The dog mom’s angry video left many netizens impressed with Zebby. Some of the users even left tips for Zebby on how to avoid getting caught by the dog mom next time he repeats the same thing. One user suggested, “Hi Zebby! Just a word of advice… try not to look or act guilty. Just brazen it out, and say ‘who me?’ ‘I didn’t eat those!” Another individual wrote, “Blame it on an intruder next time.” Overall, everyone was convinced that no one could stay mad at Zebby for long due to his innocent looking face.
