A video of a dog named Taylor Swift leaving her terrible past behind, getting rescued, and then adopted, has gone viral. In the caption of the emotional video, the Humane Society of Broward County revealed the entire story of the canine. They wrote, “From being discarded and abused to finding her happily ever after, meet Taylor Swift.” The caption continued, “The pup who’s shown us just how strong and resilient love can be.”
The organization further explained, “Once a victim of cruelty and neglect, Taylor spent her life being used for breeding.” They further disclosed that people sold the dog’s babies for profit. She had to endure the unbearable pain of repeated pregnancies. The Instagram video showed the Florida Highway Patrol officers rescuing the dog in “a dramatic rush-hour rescue” mission. As the post disclosed, the dog, Taylor Swift, will now join the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Paws & Stripes program. There, the rescue canine will get proper training to become a therapy dog.
