‘Terrified’ Puppy Falls Asleep Soon After He’s Rescued in Heartwarming Video

The internet is touched by an emotional video of a “terrified” puppy falling asleep soon after he was rescued. The viral clip shows the little canine finding comfort with his rescuers after “living a life of terror on the road.” Fortunately, the puppy, now nicknamed 6 Million, made a heartwarming recovery and is having the best time.

Pakistan-based ACF Animal Rescue shared the touching rescue video of the puppy which has garnered millions of views on social media. The heartbreaking clip shows the “terrified” little one collapsing in exhaustion as he felt safe after being rescued from the streets. The video noted, “His body is finally coming out of fight or fright mode.” The puppy then falls asleep as his rescuer continues to gently pet him.

The Instagram reel has been garnering attention on the platform and has racked up almost 10 million views at the time of writing. The rescuer noted in the video, “He is so filled with fear. His heart is pounding so loudly. He’s full of fleas.” After the puppy’s vulnerable moment went viral, the rescue organization posted a follow-up video to share an update.

The ACF Animal Rescue shared in the update reel that they nicknamed the puppy 6 Million. The organization noted in the caption, “He is now at peace and his body is calm and he is having the best time.” The new video revealed that the puppy’s gums were severely injured. For this, he could not eat or drink anything. However, 6 Million made a heartwarming recovery and his gums are now healed.

The video update shows the rescued puppy playing with his stuffed toy and pulling on it. In fact, 6 Million was also making some new friends at the center. The clip shared that he loves hugs and cuddles and also playing with kittens. “6 Million’s body is now finally calm,” the video ended on a heart-melting note.
