A Chihuahua dog named Ace was the winner of the costume contest at The Whole Enchihuahua event that took place at Dolores Park in San Francisco on May 18. DogTime donated $100 to the Umbrella of Hope animal rescue in Pittsburg, Calif., as per Ace’s owner.
