A stray had been trying to survive an industrial area of Romania. His scars showed that life on the streets had been rough. His paw was bleeding and he trailed blood when he walked. His tongue was sliced, probably from trying to eat food from a tin can.
That all changed when rescue workers came to help. He seemed eager to leave his homeless life behind, and was happy to hitch a ride with anyone, going anywhere else. He even looks happy in the veterinary office.
Many dogs would be apprehensive of new surroundings. Not this one, he was on an adventure.
