Russia Gives France Police Puppy Following Death Of Police Dog In Paris Attacks

Russia gave French police a beautiful German Shepherd puppy in official ceremony this week. The puppy named Dobrynya is to take the place of the fallen seven-year-old Belgian shepherd named Diesel who died in the raids following the Paris terrorist attacks in November.

French Ambassador Jean-Maurice Ripert called the puppy a “living symbol of the strong ties of friendship and cooperation”.
