Remember the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from last year? Well the SPCA serving Erie County in New York is issuing a new challenge this year: eat a dog biscuit or donate. Participants are challenged to share a dog treat of their choice with their dog and post the results online or donate to the SPCA.
Like with the Ice Bucket Challenge, you are encouraged to tag your friends so they have to make the tough choice, too. The SPCA hopes that participants will do both so that they are donating and raising awareness.
The SPCA is hoping to raise money to help with their efforts in aiding the wildlife and thousands of animals they help each year. So if you’ve been looking for an excuse to raid your dog’s snack box, now is the time. But remember to share!
