Police in Richmond, Virginia are looking for the person or persons who threw this 7-month-old puppy from a moving car.
Officers responded to a call that a man had thrown a Brindle pit bull puppy from a gold Saturn around 7pm on Saturday May 26th, 2018 and did not stop.

The poor puppy who had fractured a piece of his shin bone in the fall actually chased after the car said witnesses who did not get the license pate.
If you are in the Richmond, Virginia area and you recognize this puppy and who it belonged to please call police.
Richmond Animal Care and Control paid for the expensive surgery and the puppy will be available for adoption soon. Hopefully someone can give this pup, now named Frances, the love he deserves.
