Diana from @cozynthewild is constantly fielding that one specific question about whether her pets actually get along, and honestly, the evidence is pretty much undeniable at this point. People keep asking her (as she mentions in the in-video caption) if she is afraid that her Pit Bull might hurt her cat. But the reality is that Opie is just the sweetest around them. He has this derpy face that makes him look like he won’t hurt a soul. This new video proves he is only interested in naps and co-existing peacefully with the felines.
Pit Bull and cat have their own way of sticking together
The video starts with Opie looking right into the camera while a text bubble pops up. It is a question Diana gets a lot: whether he’ll hurt the cat. But as a response to that question, we get a montage of him being the sweetest guy. The next shot in the video shows the Pit Bull and the cat lying on a pile of duvets with their heads touching. Happy to be near each other.
In another short clip, Opie is resting his chin right on a feline sibling’s back while they sleep nonchalantly. He is literally using his friend as a pillow, and it is too funny to watch. Another shot shows him curled up on the couch with two other cats, who are all sleeping in the exact same position.
Then the scene cuts to him lying on his own bed. Moreover, one of the cats is standing there to exchange kisses with him. We also see an Australian Shepherd sleeping nearby and seemingly unbothered by this display of love. Opie even starts grooming the cat’s ear, just as they like it.
It is little wonder that the reel has picked up over 17k likes in a few hours. One viewer joked that they only “a bunch of cats cuddling.” Another person said Opie thinks he is one of the felines. One comment mentioned his derpy face and said there are zero thoughts up there. He is just a sweet guy. And he clearly loves his siblings, both canine and feline.
