A shelter dog named Baby had to spend a lot of time behind kennel walls with other fur babies while she was waiting for someone to rescue her and give her a chance at life. However, something amazing happened to her after a volunteer shared her video on social media. On July 2, the same volunteer took to Instagram to post another video of Baby, giving an update on her current life. The clip has been receiving a lot of attention, as people are super happy for Baby.
Shelter dog used to sit in the kennel for days waiting for rescue, until things changed for good
A heart-melting video on Instagram displayed a shelter dog named Baby, who had to stay in a crowded kennel for a long time, finally got rescued and found a loving home. The video has been winning hearts on the internet. The caption of the post read, “Baby girl is one of the lucky ones. She was saved from San Bernardino city shelter, in a kennel with 3 other dogs where none of them ever left the kennel for 60 days.”
The caption continued, “SBC will get up to 500 animals in the summer months, it’s fully outdoors and will reach triple digits in heat. These dogs really need your help, please come meet them, foster them, share them and help them get out of there.” The caption also read, “I hope they all find the love that Baby Girl, now Billie, found.”
The Instagram video began by showing what the life of Baby looked like back in the shelter. She had to stay there inside a kennel with three other fur babies. She has clear traces of sadness on her face. However, something unexpected and incredible happened to Baby. Someone saved her and gave her the loving home she truly deserved. The dog now has a comfortable and happy life. The video will melt anyone’s heart.
