A park buried under a foot of fresh powder is basically a giant game of hide-and-seek if you’re a dog with a mission. This is just a normal day for the “Stick of the Day Enthusiast” over at @officialzuko_. A new video shows the dog leaping through the deep white stuff to find his morning prize, aka the stick. He is a Labrador Retriever, which means he has a very high drive to find and carry things around. He manages to pull his first stick of the day out from under the snow. And he looks extremely happy about it.

And then mom throws it again into the distance. Zuko launches himself into the deep snow to go get it. But when he gets to the spot where it landed, he just can’t see it. It is totally gone. Mom says she is sorry for losing it. But then she walks over to help him look.
His tail is wagging like anything. He is trying to sniff it out. And mom starts moving the snow around to see if they can find the lost stick together. But it is hard to see anything but white. Then a tiny dark spot appears. Hallelujah.
Mom starts telling for him to dig. She is hyping him up. Zuko gets to work with his paws. Mom clears a path so he can actually see the wood. And then he grabs it. He starts running around because he is so happy. It is a shared win for both of them. This dog is just having a great time.
The video has over 1,500 likes already. People really love how much his mom was cheering for him. One person said his tail never stops moving. Another viewer mentioned they just want to be as happy as Zuko. Eventually, he just sits down in the cold. Mom asks if he is ready to go inside. But as we see in the video, the dog just ignores her, as he is simply too happy with his stick.
