"Accidents" in the house are a fact of life when living with dogs. And if they're not cleaned up well, you'll be looking at the stains--and catching whiffs of the smell--for a long time to come. All pet owners need a stain remover that works, but the eco-conscious crowd also wants one that's free of harsh solvents, fragrances, and other chemicals that aren't great for the planet (and often, not good for us or our dogs).
