When it comes to seeking attention, dogs will follow every trick in the book. This Beagle is doing her best to get all the attention of his dad, who is sitting with her but has been focusing on something else other than his furry pal. And to show how sweetly the dog is demanding attention from his owner, the mom uploaded the video on social media, garnering more than 2K likes, as of the time of writing.
Dog can’t look away from owner in heartwarming video
Many dog breeds love getting attention and will go to any extent to make sure their parents love them, cuddle them, or just be with them. This “lovely Beagle Luna” is also trying her best to get all the attention from her dad. And to show that “beagles are the neediest breed,” the mom uploaded a video on @unathelovelybeagle as “proof.”
The clip shows “cute, sassy” Luna and her dad sitting on a chair together. But instead of playing, the parent is focused somewhere else, much to Luna’s disappointment. Thus, to get the attention, the pup first uses her paws and then boops so that the dad can see her. However, when that fails, the pup woofs, making her human companion “stare” at her. This leaves the pooch a bit worried and asks her mom for “help.”
Looking at Luna’s reaction, the owner repeatedly asks the pup to lie down, leaving the furry pal amused once again. As a result, the dog barks and nibbles the dad, but apologizes instantly for her behavior.
“So much personality. Can you relate?” the mom questions in the caption after seeing the pup’s antics. Soon enough, the netizens answered her question with one supporting the pup, saying, “We survive off attention!” While another user also spoke for Luna and mentioned, “Food first then maybe I’ll lay down.”
