Human Finds Shelter Dog Hiding Under His Bed & Is Reminded of His Painful Past

In a heartbreaking dog video on Instagram, a shelter puppy named Mocha hides under his bed because of separation anxiety. The clip shows how the staff has often found the pooch curled up under the bed. He became more anxious after the pooch was adopted and returned twice. Therefore, volunteers and caretakers help Mocha rebuild his confidence.

In the video, a woman takes the dog out for a walk and mingles with other staff members. His expression shows he is uncomfortable with his surroundings. But the human helps him to come out of his bubble. “Once he felt safe, he was like every other dog that just wants to be loved,” on-screen text reads.
