Logan, a shelter dog, has been waiting for more than 7 years to find a home. But so far, no one has come forward to give him the love and support he deserves. ‘Sweet’ shelter dog who spent years being overlooked, still hopes to find his forever family
This Pitbull, named Logan, is a rescue dog in “Blairsville, Georgia who had been waiting for a home for more than 7 years” at @castoff_pet_rescue. But sadly, even after “2,557” days, the adorable pooch has not found his forever home. His emotional clip on @sharing.lov even mentioned that a “volunteer named Kendall” had even “taken Logan on doggy day outs, shared his photos, and posted about him countless times. Yet somehow, in all these years, Logan has never received a single application. Not one.”
So, in a bid to find Logan a loving and caring family, this volunteer on Sharing Love is doing her best to spread the word. Although “no one knows why Logan has been overlooked for so long…,” everyone is hoping that this year will be different for this pooch as he still loves “people and gets excited when somebody walks through the door.”
Despite being in the kennel since 2019, Logan still “dream about hiking trails and the car rides and curling up next to someone who calls me theirs.” The pooch has also not yet given up, thinking someone is “still out there waiting for me,” just like he has been waiting for a family.
Hearing the story of Logan, who “was rescued from animal control when he was only 10 months old,” the netizens sincerely wish for the “8 years old” pup to get adopted. “Logan is coming home soon.
