The clip shows the pup’s first meeting with his new family, who drove all the way from Vancouver. Pedro instantly wags his tail as he meets his new mom and dad. They greet the pooch with warmth and love, which appears to make the rescue feel safe. He seems to be in a hurry to leave the kennel with his new family, as shown in the video.
