There is something so special about a kid who never has to look far for a partner in crime. Over at @babyandthefox, Bodhi, the baby, and Bear, the dog, are currently proving that some bonds are just wired differently from birth. This Shiba Inu and his baby brother have officially become the internet’s favorite tiny duo (according to their bio).
Their profile shows them as the definition of best friends who do absolutely everything together. Whether they are lounging on a fluffy carpet or exploring the yard, they are totally inseparable. It is honestly the most wholesome thing you will see on your feed today.
Shiba Inu and baby are ‘built-in best friends’ as they are always together
The clip starts with Bodhi and Bear hanging out on a soft rug in the living room. Bear is rolling around on his back while the little guy breaks into a massive grin. It is clear they already have their own private language. Later, they are outside on a play mat where Bodhi tries to boop the dog’s nose with a tiny finger. This breed is often known for being independent, but this Shiba Inu is clearly obsessed with his baby sibling. He even plants kisses on his bare shoulder in another shot.
They take their “built-in best friends” status very seriously throughout the day. Bear checks in on the stroller during neighborhood walks to make sure his buddy is okay. When Bodhi is practicing his standing skills. He uses the bed for support just to get face-to-face with the Shiba Inu.
They even have a very coordinated crawling routine. Bear stays right behind him to offer some encouraging back kisses. At one point, Bodhi tries to pull a red velvet bow tie right out of the pup’s mouth. A game of tug between brothers, if you may. High chair duty is also a team effort in this house. While Bodhi is busy eating dinner. Bear sleeps directly underneath him like a fluffy safety net.
On another day and in another high chair, the baby leans over to share a few bites with his best friends. “Fox and baby = built-in best friends,” their owner shared in the caption. Growing up with a companion like this is honestly such a gift. They spend hours just sitting in sunny spots together, and it is the most precious sight.
