This Dog Isn’t Complaining About Being in the Middle of a Blizzard

Wiley does not treat a blizzard like an inconvenience. The husky turns one snowy road-trip stop into the best part of his day. Instead of getting back in the car, he dives into the drifts like he has arrived home. That is what makes the reel so fun. The canine looks completely at home in the deep powder, wriggling through it with pure joy. Each new move makes him look less like a pet and more like winter itself.

Video shows dog enjoying the snow a little too much in the middle of a blizzard

The video was posted by @pnwsallyy one day ago, already garnering 7.4K likes and 60 comments. Its caption read, “Wiley loves a good snowy rest stop,” with #siberianhusky, #huskylife, and #oregon. Filmed along a forest road buried in fresh powder, the video shows Wiley on leash during a road-trip stop. He wriggles, dives, and refuses to treat the storm like a problem.

Wiley is a Siberian Husky, and the breed context helps explain the joy here. Huskies are built for cold weather and often look energized in deep winter conditions. This dog seems especially thrilled by the thick drifts, which rise almost to his shoulders. Instead of hesitating, he turns the snow into a playground.

The reel opens with text explaining a road-trip stop during a literal blizzard. Wiley first bobs half-buried near the roadside, then sinks deeper until only his head and back show. Soon he lunges forward like a small dolphin, matching the line, “This is peak snow dolphin ?.” Later, another caption says he did not want to get back in the car. The last joke suggests leaving him there and picking him up on the way home.

Fans replied fast. One wrote, “Adorable and happy snow ❄️ dolphin ? ???.” Another said, “Best dog parents ever!?.” A third added, “Now you’re stuck there forever. ? Good luck getting him back in the car.” Someone else called Wiley the “Happiest Husky ever ?❤️.”
