Video: Two Dogs Can’t Decide Whose Head Goes Where

MJ starts the afternoon with her head resting right on top of Aggie. That sounds like a win. But apparently, finding a comfortable spot for a massive head is actually harder than it looks. This is just life for Great Danes MJ and Aggie, who live in Colorado. Their owner is a vet student, but even medical knowledge can’t fix this level of sibling stubbornness. In a new video, each dog is trying to figure out who gets the top spot. You can check out their whole life on their Instagram handle, @great_danes_mj_and_aggie. These giants’ antics are just too funny.

Dogs struggle to come to a decision about their heads in funny video

“The power struggle is real,” says the caption of the Great Danes’ video. Aggie pulls his head out from under MJ. He rests it on her cheek instead, but then MJ isn’t happy either. She pulls her head out from under his, too. They both just lie there with their heads off the floor. They look at each other. This video of the dog pair trying to settle down is hilarious.

MJ and Aggie are the stars of this video, where each dog refuses to be the pillow. They eventually find a fix. MJ moves her paw, then they both lay their heads down side-by-side. One person in the comments said they “formed the perfect yin Yang.” Their faces fit together right next to each other on the floor. However, we don’t know how long that will actually last.

Another follower mentioned, “Our Danes do this too.” So we’re guessing it is a common thing for these massive pups. The comments are full of people relating to the struggle. “The best fight I’ve ever watched,” one user wrote. Someone else pointed out that they “did compromise at the end.” They have better coping mechanisms than most humans.

Another person suggested getting two smaller dogs to act as headrests. “I had to do a double take because I thought these were my Danes,” another fan added. MJ and Aggie seem satisfied for now. It looked impossible at first, but they made it work. Everyone is happy. At least until someone decides they want the top spot again.
