Oliver, the yellow Labrador, stands there and just waits for the door handle to move even a tiny bit. And the second it cracks open, he is already inside, squeezing through the gap and ready to go.
His human lets us know through the onscreen text that this was supposed to be a guest room for his family at @brodifur. But this video shows the dog has officially turned it into his personal area for zoomies. The lights come on, and he just starts hitting top speed. It is pretty obvious that the guests are going to have to find somewhere else to sleep when they visit.

The room has a single large cardboard lying in the center and a couple of them lying in the corner. But that doesn’t slow Oliver down. The Lab just runs around them. It is funny because the text in the video admits this was for visitors. But watching him spin and twist around the boxes makes it obvious who the room really belongs to.
He runs toward his human and then darts away. As any canine will tell you, zoomies are very important, and one must pay heed when they call. This pup is just fully invested in his zoomies throughout the whole video. He is using up every bit of that excess energy.
“If Oliver had his way, the guests would sleep on the couch,” the caption says. And it is hard to disagree. This Labrador is super active. He is just happy to be included in everything. He looks thrilled to have this much floor space to himself. He screeches around the corners. Someone in the comments even asked why he was drifting so hard. The clip is just pure chaos.
Over 9,000 people have liked the Instagram Reel already. One person suggested that everyone in favor of a permanent room for this should raise their paw. Another joked that guests will just have to sleep on a raised platform while this dog maintains security and does his laps below.
It is an excellent use of a spare room. He seems to totally approve of the layout. Especially the cardboard box in the middle that he can circle around.
