Instagram user @bonnie_the_hb_vizsla posted a short and cozy video of a 3-year-old Vizsla dog named Bonnie, sleeping so peacefully that she sighs in her slumber — and her calmness is contagious. Safe to say, it was enough to melt hearts across the internet.

In the video, the dog lies under a soft blanket with her front paws poking out at first, and her face looking relaxed and peaceful before her big sigh. Then, without opening her eyes, she slowly pulls her paws back under the blanket, tucking them inside, and lets out a deep, satisfied sigh while still asleep.

In the caption, Bonnie’s paw parent expressed awe, writing, “She tucked herself in,” while also comparing the sleepy exhale to a familiar travel ritual as they wrote, “Like an airplane after take off.” They finally added, “I love how they tuck their paws into a neat little pile… and that soothing little sigh.”
