One of the first scenes shows Bentley standing near the kitchen counter while his grandparents gently hand-feed him Indian dog food.

Food-related traditions also play a big role in Bentley’s holiday experience. His owner explains that Bentley is entitled to a “cheese tax” every time his grandpa returns home from work. The routine became so consistent that viewers joked the dog was being paid in cheese for his loyalty. In the caption, the owner adds that it’s “no wonder he doesn’t ever want to leave,” given the level of care he receives.
