Video: Dog Siblings Embrace Christmas Spirit in Festive Look

What happens when pet parents have to deal with two fur babies with different personalities? It certainly makes their days entertaining. This Instagram video shows two dog siblings embracing the Christmas spirit in festive looks. However, their reactions are what have caught viewers’ attention. While the Samoyed named Yuki appears joyful and grinning, the Australian Shepherd named Maple seems to be taking her time accepting the festive cheer. In the caption, the owner refers to Maple and quips, “She’s… still processing the Christmas spirit.”

Dog Siblings’ Christmas looks are one for the books

In the adorable dog video on Instagram, the owner gives a glimpse into the Christmas looks of siblings Maple, an Australian Shepherd, and Yuki, a Samoyed. It begins with the duo attentively sitting in front of a decorated Christmas tree. Interestingly, the pet parent did not limit the decorations to the tree but also included their two fur babies.

Yuki is wrapped in golden and pink tinsel and wears a reindeer headband that covers her snowy ears. Her expressive eyes and grinning face bring the festive cheer. However, the same cannot be said for Maple.

Maple wears a red-and-white shopping bag hanging around her neck and a large rose-shaped ribbon placed on top of her head. The owner also drapes string lights over the bag in an attempt to create a Christmas vibe. Based on Maple’s expression, the owner appears to have fallen short. She wears a poker face, with a wide-eyed look and no visible reaction.

While the background track, “Magic Moments” by Perry Como, matches Yuki’s cheerful energy, Maple’s expression adds a humorous contrast. Viewers have not been able to get enough of the adorable pets in the dog siblings’ Christmas video. One user quipped, “Hahaha! She’s definitely processing,” while another joked that the Australian Shepherd was giving “Grinch vibes.”

Another viewer commented, “They look very wrapped like lovely presents, I sure would like to have.” The dog siblings’ Christmas video had garnered over 11K likes at the time of writing.
