Golden Retrievers are one of the best dogs, and this child feels the same. They are not only gentle but also great companions for every activity. Even this dog mom, named Dev, caught her two adorable babies – her pet pooch, Skylar, and her little boy – in a sweet moment, which made her emotional. However, it was her child’s innocent question that “melted” her heart.

The reel, uploaded on @skylars.the.limit, shows the two buddies sitting on the sofa, looking out the window. The boy then gently touches Skylar before admitting, “Skylar’s so cute.” When Mom asks if she’s really “cute,” the boy firmly replies, “Yes, she’s cute.”
And then out of the blue, the toddler gets baffled and asks, “Where’s Skylar’s paws?” before looking at his mom for answers. Even his mom questions the same thing and says she doesn’t know, asking, “Where are they?”
The boy then looks at the golden pooch and instantly gets relieved when he sees his fur baby’s paws “in the couch” and realizes “they are melted in.” Looking at their bonding, mom got sentimental, who confessed in the video, “What’s really melted is my heart…”
Throughout the conversation, Skylar never interrupted her best friend. She did not even move from the couch, hinting that she is enjoying their little moment together.
Looking at them, Dev admitted in the caption, “I thought it couldn’t get any cuter, and then it did. Be honest, did your heart melt a little?” And it seems it did as netizens beelined in the comment section and confessed their feelings.
