Video: After Owner Takes Long to Shower Dog Leaves Puppies in Her Care & Sleeps

Some dog moments are so funny and so familiar that they feel pulled straight from everyday human life. That’s exactly what Zoe did in this viral Instagram video. Instead of helping her owner keep an eye on the other puppies in the house, Khloe and Snoop, the American Bully quietly slipped away to claim the spare bedroom for herself. Tucked into pillows and already halfway to dreamland, Zoe looked like someone who had decided she was officially off duty. It’s a classic case of big-dog cuteness mixed with an unbothered streak, and fans can’t stop laughing at her bedtime boundaries.

The video begins with Zoe’s mom walking into a guest bedroom. She finds her dog happily snoozing on the bed. “Really, Zoe? You’re that tired? You left me with the kids,” her mom teases, while filming the scene. When the light comes on, Zoe is still half-buried in pillows, making it clear she has no interest in being disturbed. The American Bully barely opens her eyes, but gives he human an unimpressed look.

Instead of scolding her, her mom gives in with a smile. She pulls a throw blanket over Zoe and whispers, “Good night, okay? I can’t even be mad at you.” Before walking out, she even apologizes for the interruption: “I’m sorry if I disturbed you, the aunties are not going to be very happy about that.” With the lights off and the door shut, Zoe settles back in as if her bedtime routine never skipped a beat.

The video, which has over 41K likes, is captioned, “Turn the light off behind you ubah drivah.” It’s an inside joke that finds its way even in the bio of the handle, which reads, “Just two Atlanta pups living w/ our ubah drivah.”

The comments section lit up with laughter. One follower summed it up perfectly: “Zoe said… that could have been an email.” Another joked, “Them puppies is not her concern.” Judging by the views and likes, most people can agree on one thing — Zoe’s bedtime boundaries are goals.
