Dogs find the most mundane things in life interesting, be it a simple stroll outside or accompanying their owner in household chores. A Golden Retriever named Kollyns was the happiest on laundry day as she could get a chance to ride in the laundry basket. An Instagram video from the account @holleygabrielle featured the canine all smiles as she rode around the house in her beloved basket with the owner’s help. The clip went viral as the internet couldn’t get enough of Kollyns’ excitement on the ride.
Owner reveals what laundry day with Golden Retriever looks like
Golden Retriever Kollyns was the “most helpful girly” to her owner on laundry day. In an Instagram video, the owner, Holley Gabrielle Rojek, captured what doing her laundry looks like with her pet accompanying her. Not everyone likes washing clothes, but the canine made the household activity much more fun with her laundry basket ride.
In the viral Instagram video, Rojek gave her fans and followers a glimpse into her laundry routine with Kollyns. The clip began with the dog mom pushing her laundry basket from one room to another. However, the basket wasn’t empty or filled with dirty clothes as one would expect. Instead, it hosted the Golden Retriever, who made herself comfortable in the basket, all set for a joyride.
Rojek then pushed the basket along with Kollyns, who seemed to soak in the experience of a basket ride. In the video, the owner also revealed that her Golden Retriever loves the activity, proving that this was a long-lasting tradition on every laundry day. The clip featured the dog moving from the corridor to a large room before her mom spun the basket around to show her face.
Given that the ride was her favorite, it was only natural that Kollyns had the biggest smile on her face. The dog had her paws over the basket and looked at Rojek with excitement for the fun ride experience. The owner then showered her with some loving pets before the video ended.
Meanwhile, fans and fellow dog moms showered their love for Kollyns in the comments section. One called her a “passenger princess,” while another referred to her as a “bright light.” One even suggested that the owner frame a picture of her in the basket and hang it in the laundry room.
