They had to carry the canine every time she went out, and finally decided “enough is enough.”
The following clips showed the dog’s parents putting an end to her surrounding stairs by building another door to the backyard. Unfortunately, this one, too, required the pooch to climb down a couple of small steps to finally step into the yard. Although Radley wasn’t ready yet, her mom was willing to put in the extra effort and incentive, which in dog language always means treats. The hooman first tried showing her how easy it was, but the four-legged brave girl clearly disagreed and appeared hesitant.
Almost taking her first step down the stairs, the dog stopped in the video, prompting her mom to rely on treats as a last resort. Multiple tries and treats later, she walked down the first step but immediately backed up. Later, after assessing all the risks and possibilities of dangers and finding none, Radley took a step further and continued until she reached the bottom of the flight. She eventually celebrated her victory with a run across the yard, back up the stairs, and out the door and down the stairs again.
