The clip showed the puppy checking in for a progress update with his paws reaching out repeatedly to ensure it’s done. For them, “discuss internally” clearly meant throwing paws at each other and rolling all over the floor in what appeared to be a fun-packed play time. “Touch base” as in touching the cat’s face, and “by EOD” was about napping till the end of the day.
Perhaps the dog’s interpretation of “kindest regards” from an email lingo was the ridiculously funny part about the video.
