According to the fosterer, this type of collar is often seen on dogs that have been chained. Despite his rough past, he wags his tail with enthusiasm as he eagerly eats the treats offered to him. The person in the video gently pets him and later takes him for a walk, giving him a brief moment of comfort and normalcy.
In the video’s caption, the poster reflects on the serendipitous encounter, pondering whether Jordan’s appearance in their life is a sign. “I haven’t decided if I’m going to be fostering Jordan but I do know we’ve crossed paths for a reason,” they write.
