Video shows sweet dog’s adorable attempt to howl
Ashley Woolfenden, a TikTok user, shared the 38-second video on her account. They captioned the post, “He really does try so hard.” Woolfenden also shared that they “didn’t take out his voice box, he came like this.” In the video, the dog can be seen trying to howl, mimicking the sound of a siren going off nearby. The pup even closes his eyes as he ardently focuses on howling. The text over the clip reads, “POV: You haven’t been able to bark or howl your whole life but you still try.”
After trying passionately, the dog has some success as he lets out a little howl towards the end of the video. The TikTok post was quick to garner attention as it has currently accumulated three million views. Meanwhile, over half a million users have liked the video.
As the video continued to go viral, several users took to the TikTok post’s comment section to praise the pup’s effort. One person claimed, “The best lip syncer I know,” while another joked, “His squeakers broken.” A third user gushed, “His little eyes are closed lol that’s passion.”
The TikToker also shared the same video on their Instagram after it took over TikTok. The clip is picking up views on the other platform, too. As of now, the Instagram reel has crossed 300K as the canine’s effort continues to shine in the video.
