Meanwhile, the caption states, “He should be at the beginning of his life—not falling apart inside a kennel.” It further suggests that the pooch needs to be out of the kennel and live his life happily with a family.
Shelter dog shows the reality of being ‘severely stressed’ in a tiny kennel and it’s heartbreaking

Kobe looks distressed as he frantically bounces, runs, jumps, and tries to break free. It seems he is also using his voice to express his agitation. While the video shows him being chaotic, the caption states that the pooch is friendly. However, the extreme kennel stress has made the shelter dog “high risk.”
“Dogs like Kobe don’t get unlimited time. And when a dog is struggling this badly, we can’t just hope someone eventually sees him,” the caption highlights the harsh reality. Furthermore, it suggests that Kobe needs someone to foster or rescue him as soon as possible. The fur baby “needs someone to choose him.”
