A train ride is almost always special, and a dog named Baloo got to experience it for the very first time in this adorable Instagram video from @bully.baloo. Long before ever boarding a train, the American Bully had a long-distance affair with trains, and his owner finally let him meet a train — and as he enjoyed the scenic views, it seemed like a successful surprise.
Dog appears to be enjoying every second of his first train ride
The video begins with the Bully in his yard tipping his head back to “woo” whenever he hears a train whistle nearby. His owner explained in the on-screen caption, “my dog has always been obsessed with trains” and “and loves to serenade them whenever they come by.”
As the video explains, the owner then planned to surprise the dog with “his very first train ride.” Baloo arrives at the station in a hoodie, standing beside a train as the conductor makes time to greet the dog before it was “time to board!”
Once on board, Baloo sits at a window seat with a large window, as the on-screen text reads, “off we go.” He sits calmly throughout the ride while he passes by beautiful scenery, as if he had been waiting for it his whole life. He looked focused, almost like he was watching his favorite TV show.
In the caption, @bully.baloo calls it “one of my all time favorite memories.” They added, “He truly appreciated every second, and watched the coast go by like a little person in the seat.”
