In a hilarious viral video on Instagram, a Bulldog named Norman accompanies his pet parent for a Pilates workout. He becomes the perfect exercise buddy for the owner. The clip begins with the dog dad having a legwork day on his Pilates Reformer. Meanwhile, the dog rolls on his back on a yoga mat and tries to copy his owner.

Norman attempts to move his legs and shake or twist his body like his dad. When the man pauses the workout for a few seconds, the pooch turns on his right side and watches the pet parent. As the dog dad restarts his exercise, Norman does too. But, only for some time. He hastily stands up on his four legs and jerks the tension off his body.
