Moving Instagram video shows dog worried about furry sibling
On a quiet morning at home, Teddy, a Golden Retriever, began to drift into a dream while resting on the couch. According to his owner, Teddy started making soft chirping sounds and twitching occasionally, signaling he was in a light sleep. Across the couch, Roo, Teddy’s sibling and another Golden Retriever, was nearby but quickly reacted when she noticed her brother’s dreaming state.
Without hesitation, Roo jumped up and moved to Teddy’s side, staying close and watching over him with obvious concern. The owner, touched by the moment, grabbed their phone and recorded the scene. For about five minutes, Teddy continued to dream while Roo remained alert and protective, seemingly trying to understand what was happening and ready to keep him safe.
Eventually, Teddy stirs and wakes up. With her mission apparently complete, Roo settles down beside him and gently rests her head near his. Their owner later described the interaction as “one of the sweetest moments I’ve ever caught on camera.”
