Upset win for dogs in this year’s Animated Oscar contests?

With the Golden Collar Awards “No longer in business,” four-legged canines could rack-up some Oscar gold at the Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 24.

For the first time in years, the Animated Short Film category doesn’t feature a handful of obscure titles no one ever heard of, much less seen. Although many say this year’s five-way contest is a two-horse race between Maggie Simpson in “The Longest Daycare” and Disney’s Paperman, some insiders say Adam and Dog is the dark horse of the lot and may walk away with the prize.
