There are plenty of reasons to visit Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, but there’s one more reason to stay at the Park Hyatt Hotel if you’re in town. The luxury hotel’s newest concierge is absolutely adorable. Her name is Parker, and she’s a one-eyed rescue Pug.

Parker was adopted from PAWS Chicago, a no-kill organization in the city. But she originally came from Tennessee, and by the time she got to the shelter, she was in rough shape. In addition to her injuries, she needed daily medication. PAWS nursed her back to health, and now she’s got a helpful, willing hotel staff to give her all the care and exercise she needs.

Now Parker greets hotel guests in her bandanna and shows them to their rooms. She attends staff meetings and enjoys relaxing in the rooftop garden. Guests absolutely love the new employee and often ask for her to pose for a few pictures. She’s quickly becoming one of Chicago’s main attractions.
